God Still Speaks To His Children!

Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, Lord; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place. 1 Samuel 3:9 (KJV)

Many people want to hear the voice of God. It is a good thing to know the voice of God. Jesus Christ said that my sheep know my voice and they follow me.

Samuel as a young boy did not know the voice of God so when God spoke to him he went to Eli, the priest, to find out whether he was calling him. God called him three times before Eli perceived that God was the one calling Samuel.

When Eli perceived this, he guided Samuel as to what to do and he received the message that God Had for him and the household of Eli. Dear beloved, God still speaks to His children.

You have to train your spirit to receive from God. Feed your spirit with the Holy Scriptures, meditate on them, fellowship with the Holy Spirit and God will speak to you.

He will speak His Word to your spirit so if you are grounded in the Holy Scriptures, it will be easy for you to know the voice of God. May your spirit be opened to hear the voice of God. Praise the Lord! Be an overcomer!

Choose To Do The Will Of The Father Whose In Heaven

Whose Will Are You Doing? For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. John 6:38 (KJV)

Will is the desire or wish of a person. God being so good and does not want mankind to be robots gave mankind a free will to make their own choices.

The will of God is good and perfect. The will of man is not good and perfect because of the inherent sin of Adam. Jesus Christ is our perfect example; He came down from heaven to do the will of the Father. Even when it came to a point where He had to die for the sin of the world, He had wished that the cup of death was passed from Him but He submitted to the Father’s will.

Doing the Father’s will brings you blessings, joy, and peace. Doing your own will can only lead to frustration. Dear beloved, have you surrendered your will to God? Do so and make God’s will yours so that you can be blessed in all your ways. Hallelujah!
